Upgrade to the Nilfisk MC 5M 200/1030 For 5M Three-Phase Muscle

Step up to three-phase power and the Nilfisk MC 5M 200/1030 delivers a major performance leap — 2900psi (200 bar) at 1030 L/hr — on the same proven 30mm steel three-wheel chassis built for genuine heavy-duty site mobility.

The NA5 wobble-disc pump with three ceramic pistons runs at a quiet 1450rpm, rated for up to 5 hours of daily commercial use, with dual 2.5L detergent tanks, 2-way detergent valve, water-flow regulation at the pump head, and front-access servicing that keeps maintenance fast and cheap on site.

If you have three-phase power and need a machine that moves across large sites as confidently as it cleans them — this is it.

Key Benefits & Features of the Nilfisk MC 5M 200/1030

  • 200 bar at 1030 L/hr from a 415V three-phase supply — A major jump in pressure and water volume over single-phase alternatives, delivering the cleaning output needed to tackle heavy machinery, large vehicles, and deeply embedded industrial contamination efficiently and fast.

  • NA5 wobble-disc pump with 3 ceramic pistons at 1450rpm — rated for 5 hours daily — A slow-speed, low-noise pump design built for intensive daily commercial use, with ceramic pistons and a reinforced brass pump head that deliver long service life and low maintenance costs under sustained heavy-duty operation.

  • 30mm steel frame with three-wheel chassis, castor brake, and foldable handle — The same heavy-duty mobility platform as the MC 5M 115/700 — large rear wheels, front castor with brake, foldable transport handle, and clear manual lifting points — built to move confidently across rough ground, uneven surfaces, and large commercial sites.

  • Dual 2.5L detergent tanks with 2-way valve and water-flow regulation at pump head — Switch between two different detergents without returning to the preparation area, pre-fill tanks before leaving for site, and dial water flow up or down at the pump for any surface or application — making this machine as versatile as it is powerful.

  • Front-access pump servicing for fast, low-cost maintenance on site — The front cabinet removes easily for direct access to the motor-pump unit, keeping routine maintenance quick, cheap, and achievable without specialist tools — minimising downtime in commercial environments where every hour counts.

How Does the Nilfisk MC 5M 200 Stack Up in the Nilfisk MC Portfolio?

The Nilfisk MC range is built around a single philosophy — combining serious cleaning performance with genuine mobility and durability for demanding commercial applications. All models share the same 30mm steel frame, three-wheel chassis, foldable handle, and ergonomic accessory concept.

Where they differ is in pump technology, pressure, flow rate, and the intensity of daily use they're designed to handle. Here's where the MC 5M 200/1030 sits in the full picture:

  • Nilfisk MC 5M 115/700 — 240V Single-Phase, 115 bar, 700 L/hr — The single-phase entry point to the MC 5M range. No three-phase supply required. Rated for up to 4 hours daily. The right choice for operators who need serious mobility and durability but don't have three-phase power on site.

  • Nilfisk MC 5M 200/1030 — 415V Three-Phase, 200 bar, 1030 L/hr — The three-phase step up on the same proven NA5 pump platform. Nearly double the pressure and significantly higher water volume, rated for up to 5 hours daily. Built for medium-to-large operations with three-phase power on site who need maximum output from the MC 5M chassis.

  • Nilfisk MC 6P FA — 415V Three-Phase, up to 250 bar, up to 1610 L/hr — Steps up to the industrial NA6 pump with 4 ceramic pistons, 80°C inlet temperature, and a flow-activated control system for more than 5 hours of heavy-duty daily use in industry, agriculture, shipping, and food production.

  • Nilfisk MC 7P FA — 415V Three-Phase, 195 bar, 1280 L/hr — The flagship of the MC range. The renowned C3 pump with 4 ceramic pistons, 85°C inlet temperature, and field-tested salt water capability — built for the harshest operating environments and the most demanding industrial applications on the planet.
