Choose the Tennant T600e for Industrial-Grade Walk-Behind Performance at a More Accessible Price Point

When you need the T600's industrial-grade construction, massive tank capacity, and long run time but don't require the full Pro-Panel™ LCD technology suite, the Tennant T600e delivers exactly that.

This self-propelled battery-powered walk-behind scrubber shares the same 121L solution tank, 140L recovery tank, corrosion-resistant scrub deck, rust-proof polyethylene body, and scrub head options as the T600 — in a machine with straightforward relay-based controls that are easy to operate and easy to train operators on. With up to 6.9 hours of run time, an 800mm dual disk cleaning path, and the same Tennant industrial build quality, this machine is the cost effective alternative to the T600.

Key Features & Benefits of the Tennant T600e

  • 121L solution tank and 140L recovery tank — the largest walk-behind tanks in the Tennant range — the T600e shares the T600's industry-leading tank capacity, meaning fewer dump-fill cycles per shift, more floor covered per tank, and the ability to sustain high productivity across the largest commercial and industrial floor areas without constant interruptions to the cleaning route.

  • Up to 6.9 hours of continuous run time for full-shift cleaning without interruption — the longest battery run time in the Tennant walk-behind range, shared with the T600, allowing the T600e to operate across a full cleaning shift without stopping to recharge — essential for large facilities where machine downtime directly impacts the ability to complete the cleaning programme on time.

  • Industrial-grade construction with corrosion-resistant scrub deck and rust-proof polyethylene body — the same industrial-grade construction as the T600, built to withstand sustained heavy daily use in warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing plants, and other demanding environments where lesser machines would degrade more quickly and require more frequent servicing.

  • Quiet-Mode™ and Zone Settings™ standard on the console — both Quiet-Mode™ for reduced-noise daytime cleaning and Zone Settings™ for pre-configuring cleaning intensity across different areas of a facility are standard on the T600e console — giving supervisors meaningful control over how the machine is used without the need for the full Pro-Panel™ LCD upgrade.

  • 800mm dual disk cleaning path for high productivity across large floor areas — the wide 800mm dual disk path covers significantly more floor per pass than any mid-range Tennant walk-behind, delivering faster cleaning across large commercial and industrial facilities and reducing the total time operators spend scrubbing the same area each shift.

Why Choose the Tennant T600e Over Other Tennant Floor Scrubbers

The T600e sits at the top of the Tennant walk-behind range alongside the T600, sharing the same tanks, scrub heads, run time, and industrial construction — at a lower price point. It is the right choice when the facility demands industrial-scale cleaning capacity but the full Pro-Panel™ LCD feature set of the T600 isn't required.

  • The cleaning area and daily use intensity demand industrial-scale capacity — the T600e's 121L/140L tanks, up to 6.9 hours of run time, and 800mm cleaning path deliver productivity levels that no mid-range Tennant walk-behind can match. For large distribution centres, airports, large manufacturing plants, and facilities that clean across extended daily shifts, the T600e provides the industrial capacity the job demands at a lower upfront cost than the T600.

  • Industrial-grade durability is non-negotiable but advanced programmable controls aren't required — the T600e's corrosion-resistant scrub deck, rust-proof polyethylene body, and relay-based controls deliver long-term reliability in demanding environments without the added complexity and cost of the T600's main scrub board controller and Pro-Panel™ LCD. For facilities where the priority is durability and capacity over advanced programmability, the T600e is the practical choice.

  • Quiet-Mode™ and Zone Settings™ are needed as standard — both are standard on the T600e console, giving supervisors the ability to pre-configure cleaning zones and enable low-noise cleaning when required — without the additional cost of the T600's full programmable Pro-Panel™ LCD upgrade.

Compare the Pair: Tennant T600e vs Tennant T600

The T600e and T600 share the same 121L/140L tanks and other physical specifications. The differences come down to the control system and the level of programmability available to supervisors and operators.

  • Control system — the T600e uses relay-based controls with a simpler panel that includes 1-Step button, brush pressure, solution flow, and Quiet-Mode™ controls. The T600 is built around a main scrub board controller — the machine's programmable "brains" — with a Pro-Panel™ LCD touchscreen that adds operator profiles, programmable login and lock-out, on-board tutorial videos, and more detailed machine settings. If supervisors need to manage how individual operators use the machine across a large team, the T600's Pro-Panel™ delivers that capability; the T600e does not.

  • Zone Settings™ depth — both the T600e and T600 include Zone Settings™ as standard, but the T600's Pro-Panel™ LCD allows supervisors to assign custom labels, configure multiple preset zones with detailed parameters, and manage those settings with greater precision. The T600e's Zone Settings™ are functional but less configurable — the right level of control for many large facilities, but not sufficient for operations that need highly granular zone management across a complex facility.

  • Programmable operator controls and profiles — the T600 supports programmable operator profiles, login screen enabling/disabling, and customisable user access controls via the Pro-Panel™ LCD — features that are not available on the T600e's relay-based control system. For facilities managing multiple operators across multiple shifts where accountability and consistent machine use are a priority, the T600's programmable controls are the right choice.
